Your Legacy Snapshot is a collection of 10 short videos — each just 2 minutes — where you answer thoughtful questions about your life. They're designed to capture who you are, one question at a time. Record them at your own pace and keep them forever, even with a free account.
Free accounts include: 10 Legacy Snapshot videos (2 minutes each), a personal profile page, a family tree with up to 20 members, The Tapestry with up to 5 friend connections, basic photo storage, and privacy controls. Your free content is preserved forever with no time limits.
The Time Vault lets you record messages for future delivery in three ways. Scheduled Delivery lets you pick a specific date. Death-Activated messages are delivered after your Legacy Steward confirms your passing. Event-Based messages are tied to life milestones like a wedding or graduation. Messages can include video or text.
Your free Legacy Snapshot videos stay forever and remain fully accessible. Premium videos you've already recorded are preserved and you can still view them, but you won't be able to record new premium videos or use premium features like the Time Vault until you resubscribe.
