About Me Archives LLC ("we," "our," "us," or the "Company"), a Florida limited liability company, is offering lifetime Premium membership at no cost to the first one hundred (100) registered users who successfully record and upload their first Legacy Snapshot video ("First 100 Recorders Program" or "Program").
By participating in this Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms in addition to our general Terms of Service.
"Legacy Snapshot" means a collection of up to 10 individual 2-minute video recordings, each answering one prescribed life story question.
"Lifetime Premium" means Premium membership for the duration of the participant's natural life or the continued operation of the About Me Archives platform, whichever ends first.
"Qualifying Position" means a position numbered 1 through 100, assigned to users who successfully record and upload their first Legacy Snapshot video.
To be eligible for this Program, participants must:
(a) Be at least 18 years of age;
(b) Create a registered account on aboutmearchives.com;
(c) Successfully record and upload at least one Legacy Snapshot video (any one of the 10 prescribed questions) through the platform's recording interface;
(d) Be among the first 100 users to complete the recording process as determined by our system records.
This Program begins on the date of public announcement and ends when one hundred (100) eligible participants have successfully recorded their first Legacy Snapshot video, or when terminated by the Company, whichever occurs first.
We reserve the right to end this Program at any time without prior notice.
Qualifying participants will receive:
(a) Lifetime Premium membership on About Me Archives at no cost;
(b) A "Founding Recorder" badge displayed on their public profile;
(c) Access to all Premium features as they exist at the time of qualification and as they may be modified over time.
Qualifying position (1-100) is determined solely by the timestamp recorded in our system when a user's first Legacy Snapshot video upload is successfully completed.
Only the first completed Legacy Snapshot video per user account counts toward this Program. Recording additional snapshot questions or re-recording an existing video does not affect the user's original position or create a new position.
Participants must maintain their account in good standing to retain Lifetime Premium benefits. We reserve the right to revoke benefits if the account:
(a) Violates our Terms of Service;
(b) Is used for fraudulent purposes;
(c) Is terminated by the user.
Lifetime Premium membership earned through this Program is non-transferable and has no cash value. It cannot be sold, traded, or transferred to another user or account.
Users who qualify for the First 100 Recorders Program will have their membership upgraded to Lifetime Premium, superseding any other promotional status (such as Founding 1000 one-year free membership). The Lifetime benefit takes precedence as it provides greater value.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Program at any time for any reason. Any such changes will not affect users who have already qualified for Lifetime Premium status prior to the change.
We are not responsible for technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or other circumstances beyond our control that may prevent a user from completing their Legacy Snapshot recording. Determination of qualifying position is final and at the sole discretion of the Company.
This Program and these terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
